Faysics Fit automatically records limited technical diagnostics to troubleshoot failed scans: browser type, scan progress, camera settings, timing and error counts.

Technical diagnostics do not include photos, recordings, facial coordinates, prescription data or personal identifiers. A random reference is created for each page visit and is not used to track you across visits.

These records are sent only to Faysics Fit, are accessible only to the maintenance team, and are deleted within 8 days. Diagnostics are disabled when your browser requests Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

Uploading sends your recording, camera parameters and any prescription to the Faysics Fit server for lens design. Data is cleared after the order is completed or cancelled.
